Georgios Tsompanides has graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, School of Dentistry and the Hellenic Military Academy of Combat Support Officers in 1997.
In 1998 he was appointed as a trainee in minor oral and dentoalveolar surgery at the clinic of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at 401 General Military Hospital, Athens Greece.
He attained a MSc degree in Endodontology with Excellence after completing the 3years Postgraduate Training Programme at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, School of Dentistry in 2010.
He is a Lieutenant Colonel of the Hellenic Army, Medical Corps and is appointed as Head of the Endodontic Department of the 424 General Military Training Hospital since 2010. Furthermore, he maintains his own private practice limited to Endodontics in Thessaloniki, Greece
He is elected:
– Certified Member of the European Society of Endodontology
– Specialist Member of the American Association of Endodontists
– Full member of the Hellenic Association of Endodontists
– Full member of the Hellenic Society of Endodontology
He is currently a PhD student at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, School of Dentistry, Dept of Endodontology.
He has published papers in scientific journals and is an active lecturer in Greek and international conferences.
