Abstract:
Alveolar ridge preservation techniques are commonly used to reduce the anticipated dimensional changes and increase the feasibility of implant placement. In deficient ridges, the concept of guided bone regeneration is predominantly applied, in a staged or simultaneous approach, to facilitate implant therapy. Both strategies have been extensively documented in the literature and a variety of devices have been used for this purpose.
The objective of this webinar is to offer a clinical perspective on osseous regeneration by highlighting its biological and technical principles through case examples.
Learning Outcomes:
– Principles and clinical effectiveness of GBR in daily practice.
– Device selection and technical elements for predictable outcomes.
– Reflective discussion on treatment outcomes of case examples.
