The Hellenic Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (HAED) was founded in GR-Thessaloniki in 2003.
HAED is a national non-profit scientific association whose primary objectives are the promotion, study and education in Esthetic Dentistry and the communication between dentists and dental technicians from all over Greece and Cyprus with a common interest in evidence based Esthetic Dentistry. In addition, HAED is a member of the International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry (IFED) and accredited provider of Continuing Professional Education for Dentists by the Scientific Affairs Institute of the Hellenic Dental Association (H.D.A.-S.Af.I.).
Over the last 20 years, our Academy attracts a significant number of internationally renowned speakers who are recognized for their pioneering clinical and educational skills. Our International Meetings are considered as milestones in continuing education in Greece and characterized by their high scientific standards and hospitality for both colleagues and valuable sponsors with a special interest in Esthetic Dentistry. Moreover, the Academy takes advantage of every educational opportunity either via the internet (webinars and online competitions) or through Regional Meetings with other scientific bodies or local dental associations in Greece and Cyprus. Finally, the Academy emphasizes to the scientific and social networking between its active and honorary members through thematic Annual Closed Meetings.
