Dr Motasum Abu-Awwad earned his Doctor in Dental Surgery degree from the University of Jordan in 2009. He continued his studies at the Eastman Dental Institute – University College London were he completed a specialty training program in advanced Prosthodontics, and was awarded a Master of Clinical Dentistry degree with Distinction in 2015. He was subsequently awarded a Membership in Prosthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MPros).
Dr Motasum Abu-Awwad is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Jordan, and also holds the post of a Specialist Prosthodontist at the University of Jordan Hospital.
He lectures about restorative and implant dentistry in Jordan and in many other international conferences. He has an interest in the restoration of endodontically treated teeth, tooth wear and adhesive aesthetic dentistry.
