A clinical case report illustrating the use of XPlorer Navigation Files (Clinicians Choice) and Typhoon Controlled Memory Wire Rotary Instruments (Clinicians Choice) to do root canal preparation on a lower first molar with five root canals (3 mesial and 2 distal). After preparation the root canals were obturated with System B and Obtura II.
