Abstract:
The workflow of every prosthetic rehabilitation first of all require an excellent teeth’s preparation and an accurate final impression. This must be the faithful three-dimensional reproduction of the oral cavity and the must important tool to transfer all the information to the dental technician. The knowledge of the correct clinical protocols and the perfect use of modern impression materials, are the key for the success in every prosthetic rehabilitation. During the event, the author will present a lot of clinical cases, step by step, with different types of dental preparations and different implant rehabilitation techniques. During the presentation will be showed many clinical videos which are important support for the hands-on of the course.

Dr. Stefano Lombardo (Turin, Italy)

Stefano Lombardo, DDS, received a diploma as dental technician in 1992 and graduated in dental degree with honors from the University of Turin, Italy, in 1997.

He was Adjunct Professor at the University of Turin for ten years, and Genoa for three years, in the disciplines of Restorative Dentistry and Fixed Partial Denture.
He is Professor at the Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (IADS) www.instituteofdentistry.com, founded by Drs. Myron Nevins and Gerald Kramer.
Author of publications in Italian and International journals and lecturer in several courses and congresses. He is co-author of several italian textbooks on Prosthetic Rehabilitation and Clinical Dental Medicine.

In his private practice in Torino (Italy), Dr Lombardo, is focused on restorative dentistry, fixed prosthodontics and implant-prosthodontics with particular attention to aesthetics and new digital technologies.

Dr. Lombardo is founder and scientific director of DentalTraining (Turin, Italy)
where he teaches several practical-theoretical courses and he hosts many important speakers, too.
He also serves as Opinion Leader in many dental companies.
